"Gpivovarov" (Gpivovarov)

It changes fairly often, the most recent change was replacing a Miura with the F-Type. It was a hard choice but the Jaaaaag's just so gosh-darned pretty.
In case anybody doesn't know what the "Bespoke" DB5 is, its a gutted DB5 body with all new engine, tranny, suspension, everything. Top gear did a short bit on it a long long time ago (Series 6, Ep. 5, if i'm not mistaken). !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! 's their website. It's pretty sweet.
I know you guys keep lists too, so post them down in the comments

Ugh, what is it with people round here liking the F-Type? It's already looking dated. It's pretty, but way too trashy to be mentioned in the same sentence as the Miura.
Seriously, can no-one see that it's fussy and over-detailed, and that as a result it'll look really bad in three to five years time?

Strongly Disagree. As a convertible it's good looking but it's not perfect, but the coupe, especially when viewed from the profile, is one of the cleanest, best proportioned shapes on sale today.
This is one i configured a little while ago. The wheels are a little flashy but i think they look sweet, especially with the lime calipers. And then off-white really accentuates all the right curves in all the right places. It's a damn good looking car.

HOW DARE YOU??? lol
To me it's the prettiest car that has come out in a long while, plus it has the vocal chords to back it up. I wouldn't put it up directly against a Miura, but they are so different in character that wouldn't be a valid comparison even if they were from the same era. That being said, the F-type coupe makes me weak in the knees everytime I see it.

Absolutely, F40 is in it for the long haul. And in classic red with the spoiler. Not some foolish Gas Monkey Garage creation.

Big question... F type coupe or roadster?
I'm a convertible guy, but the coupe is much more sexy in my opinion.

It's not really a competition for me, the coupe is one of the best looking cars i've seen in a while, and i'm not one for convertibles in general. Plus the R only comes in coupe trim, so thats what i'd have.

Agreed Upon Truths of the Oppo World re: Gas Monkey F40
1. An F40 should be red.
2. A wrecked F40 should be given new life.
3. It's okay for a garage to want to make money by being unique.
I think these 3 statements settle the issue for us all. May there be peace in the land.

I tend to agree with you on the basic lines. Nice from far, but far from nice, as my wife would say.
It looked so much better in the original concept, and the only major difference is the over-fussiness.
Edit: Kinja doesn't seem to like the pic. Try here .

Yeah no I absolutely agree. I'm glad somebody restored it and i'm glad they didn't go too crazy with it. It looks fairly decent in black and with the vents so it's not perfect but it is what it is. plus i'm glad somebody got rid of the LED bulbs

"To me it's the prettiest car that has come out in a long while"
You might still be right on that front. It's hard to think of any really pretty cars launched in the last few years. Quite a few good looking ones, but few that have been pretty.
"I wouldn't put it up directly against a Miura, but they are so different in character that wouldn't be a valid comparison even if they were from the same era."
Also a good point :)
It's not that I think the F-Type's bad looking. It's just a bit Pamela-Anderson-in-Baywatch - great looking but trashy, and you know it won't age well.

Hahahaha It's always a possibility, although I was never a Pam Anderson fan. Never thought she was that hot. I preferred Yasmine Bleeth any day.
To me the F-type is more of an Adriana Lima in full Victoria's Secret Pout mode. Sexy, pretty, not trashy but provocative and flirty.

1967 Porsche 911R

and i’d DD all of them.

Yeah, this list was made realizing that you can't have only exotics parked in your garage. I can't imagine any "utility" vehicle that is more outrageous then the dartz.
